Shipping & Delivery
- Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in unmarked, discrete packaging.
- Customs & Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and cooperating with local customs clearance (including paying any local duties/fees). We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed or destroyed after 30 days due to customer non-cooperation.
Returns & Exchanges
- 24-Hour Refund Window: We offer a 24-hour cancellation period after purchase for an immediate, full refund. After this period, returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only, except in the case of a defective item.
- 7-Day Initiation: You must notify us by email or WhatsApp within 7 working days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for an exchange or store credit.
- Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced): For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns for panties, thongs, g-strings, bikinis, or similar intimate briefs. Additionally, items where the customer ordered the wrong size/fit (fit issues) cannot be returned. We strongly advise checking the Size Guide or contacting us for a fit consultation before purchasing.
- Condition: All eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Processing: Approved returns must be received by us within 30 days of the RA number being issued. Credits are typically issued within 14 working days of receipt.
